ENGIE heeft een project van 1 aanvullende windturbine in ontwikkeling. Het windturbineproject situeert zich te Denderhoutem, ten westen van de autoweg N45. Dit project vervolledigt de reeds bestaande lijn van windturbines die reeds aanwezig zijn.

Borealis Transforms Company Parking Lots into Solar Farms in Collaboration with ENGIE

Vienna, Austria / Beringen and Kallo, Belgium – Starting this month, Borealis deploys solar canopies with a total capacity of 3.3 MWp on the parking lots of its Belgian manufacturing sites in Kallo and Beringen. Equipped with nearly 4,800 bifacial solar panels, the canopies are expected to generate 3,250 MWh of renewable energy per year, saving 550 tons of CO2 emissions per year. The solar canopies were installed by ENGIE Sun4Business, the subsidiary of energy utility ENGIE that offers solar power as a service to businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands.
