Samenwerking tussen ENGIE Electrabel en Luminus waarbij beide partijen elk 2 windturbines ontwikkelen.
ENGIE Electrabel en Luminus hebben een project van 4 windturbines in ontwikkeling. Het windturbineproject situeert zich op de grens tussen Temse en Kruibeke ter hoogte van Lauwershoek en de ELIA hoogspanningspost Mercator. Dit project probeert maximaal rekening te houden met de omwonenden.

Temse – Kruibeke E17
Het project Temse-Kruibeke E17 omvat 2 turbines met een vermogen van 3.9 MW en is gelegen ten noorden van de snelweg E17 ter hoogte van afrit 15a ‘Haasdonk – Steendorp’ op grondgebied van Temse en Kruibeke. De turbines hebben een tiphoogte van 200m en een rotordiameter van 131m.

Ruisbroek Kanaal (Puurs-Sint-Amands)
Het project Ruisbroek Kanaal betreft 2 windturbines en wordt gepland op het bedrijventerrein ‘Kanaal Nijverheidsstraat’. Dit is gelegen tussen de rivier Rupel en het kanaal Brussel-Rupel te Puurs-Sint-Amands, op de grens met Boom en Niel en, ten noordwesten van de autosnelweg A12.

Borealis Transforms Company Parking Lots into Solar Farms in Collaboration with ENGIE
Vienna, Austria / Beringen and Kallo, Belgium – Starting this month, Borealis deploys solar canopies with a total capacity of 3.3 MWp on the parking lots of its Belgian manufacturing sites in Kallo and Beringen. Equipped with nearly 4,800 bifacial solar panels, the canopies are expected to generate 3,250 MWh of renewable energy per year, saving 550 tons of CO2 emissions per year. The solar canopies were installed by ENGIE Sun4Business, the subsidiary of energy utility ENGIE that offers solar power as a service to businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands.
