By earning this certification, we have demonstrated our long-standing commitment to creating a more equal and inclusive #workplace for all.

But our work doesn't stop here. As part of the ENGIE Fifty-fifty program, we have set a goal of achieving gender balance across all levels of our organization by 2030. Today, ENGIE has about 30% women in top management. We are in line with our ambitions, but this program is not just about meeting a target; it's about creating a culture of inclusion that benefits everyone who works at ENGIE.

ENGIE will continue its efforts to achieve this equality in the workplace through its own Fifty-fifty program and is also willing to achieve the other levels of EDGE certification.
