At ENGIE, we believe that #diversity and #inclusion are essential to our company's success. That's why we have made it a priority to build a culture that values and respects the contributions of all employees, regardless of their gender, race, or background.
The EDGE ASSESS Certification is an important milestone in our journey towards greater gender balance. It helps us evaluating our progress and identifying areas where we can improve. By earning this certification, we have demonstrated our long-standing commitment to creating a more equal and inclusive #workplace for all.
But our work doesn't stop here. As part of the ENGIE Fifty-fifty program, we have set a goal of achieving gender balance across all levels of our organization by 2030. Today, ENGIE has about 30% women in top management. We are in line with our ambitions, but this program is not just about meeting a target; it's about creating a culture of inclusion that benefits everyone who works at ENGIE.
ENGIE will continue its efforts to achieve this equality in the workplace through its own Fifty-fifty program and is also willing to achieve the other levels of EDGE certification.
