What does your job entail?
I’ve been a part of the digital team at Laborelec since 2021. I’m involved in projects that optimise energy management, focusing on renewable energy, green hydrogen and efficient battery storage.
What is your favourite part of your job?
I enjoy the diversity of the projects we work on every day. We are constantly learning (the digital world is constantly changing) and the atmosphere and collaboration within our team feeds that curiosity and passion. We aren’t just colleagues: we’re a community of digital enthusiasts with a goal worthy of the name!

What does your job entail?
I provide support to operations managers, maintenance managers, and health and safety managers with all kinds of tasks. I mostly work on the performance of our processes, incident analyses and projects. For this I gather, analyse and research information to offer relevant insights and effective solutions.
What is your favourite part of your job?
I think the best part of my job is bringing an overview and structure to a sometimes disorganised collection of information. I enjoy identifying what can be improved and how we can optimise our practices. In the end its kind of like untangling a ball of wool: first you have the task of untangling, and then the satisfaction of seeing things become clearer. This process transforms complex situations into clear and effective solutions.

What does your job entail?
I’m in a two-year trainee program that includes four six-month missions in different fields: operations, maintenance, projects and renewable energy. In my current operational mission, I’m working on a series of process efficiency and safety projects to improve the daily operation of our facilities.
What is your favourite part of your job
The best part of my job is that I can work on projects that have a real impact and that contribute to the energy transition. I also really appreciate the open culture. My colleagues are very approachable and always ready to share their knowledge and experience which makes it enjoyable to work with them, and makes it easier for us to achieve our goals.
