Today, ENGIE is also an innovative producer of green electricity in Belgium with an installed capacity of 720 MW. The electricity is produced in Belgium, close to the end customer, on ±85 sites and thanks to some 200 very small or much larger production units. This diversification allows us to make the most of the complementary nature of the technologies, to maximise their strengths and minimise their weaknesses in order to guarantee a continuous supply of electricity to our customers, whatever the circumstances.
