"My team focuses on ENGIE's 2.7 million customers. An important part of our activities is measuring customer satisfaction. We constantly monitor what end consumers think about ENGIE. Based on this, we identify new objectives or actions to improve our services. We also play an important role in translating the abstract concept that might be the energy transition to our end customers. We need to understand how they experience it, and what relevant services we can provide to guide them through that transition. We do this through our market research and analysis. That direct link with our end customers is a really fun aspect of the job! We operate in a sector that matters today more than ever. We can and must help make a difference for the future of the planet. ENGIE is a big company, which means you have a lot of opportunities to do different jobs internally. You do not always have to start again from scratch when changing jobs, as you can build on the contacts you have made along the way and the experience you have gained in the different departments."

"We work on sustainable mobility solutions for our customers. We are currently installing and operating several thousand green-powered public charging stations in 3 Flemish provinces over the next 12 years. For ENGIE, this is a fairly new activity that is only going to keep growing into the future. I've had a good time at ENGIE for 23 years. It is interesting to witness the evolution of the company from the front row. Together with my 7000 colleagues, we are striving for a carbon-neutral society by 2045, our mission is more relevant than ever.
