Through Power2Act we support our solidary employees
The energy of our people, that's what drives us!
Every day, dozens of employees of the various ENGIE subsidiaries dedicate themselves completely selflessly to associations that make the world around us a better place.
Promoting solidarity
Ten years ago, ENGIE set up the internal Power2Act program. This program fits perfectly within its social commitment as a responsible company. Each year, ENGIE supports various employees through a project call by giving a financial boost to the associations in which they are active in their spare time. Indeed, Power2Act wants to encourage the dialogue between our company and the associations by supporting projects that promote solidarity.
High-quality projects
This year, a jury of employees selected 25 projects from 27 colleagues - our Power Heroes - based on predetermined and transparent criteria. These projects include charities, projects that fight social exclusion or initiatives that promote solidarity in our society.
Are you an ENGIE employee who is active in an association ? Then maybe you are one of our next Power Heroes !
Don't hesitate to send an email to power2act@engie.com.

Sharing strong values with employees
A program like Power2Act shows that ENGIE wants to be a local player, a responsible company and a motivated partner. It is also an opportunity for the company to share strong values with its employees.
That's why Power2Act is so close to my heart. It reminds me every year why I am so proud to be part of this company. Moreover, it is an honour for us to be able to contribute to these remarkable initiatives supported by our colleagues.
